Abstract Submission Guidelines

All abstracts are being accepted for oral presentations. Abstracts must be clearly defined the objectives, methodology, results, and significance outcome of the research study. The length of abstract in your original submission should not exceed ONE page. It should be prepared according to the templates given below and submitted as a single pdf file.

  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
  • The presenting author is requested to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
  • Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the final programme.
  • The Review Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted as oral presentations in ICSWME-2024. All the abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to appropriate tracks.
  • If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to submit your research paper.
  • All abstracts must contain novel/new research data.
  • If the same research work was previously submitted to a different conference, but was not presented, it can be submitted to this conference as well. If it was previously presented, it cannot be submitted to ICSWME-2024.
  • Use template (MS Word), without changing the settings, to prepare your one pages abstract.

  • Plagiarism Policy The term “plagiarism” can be simply defined as the unauthorized copying of written set of information, results/outcomes/findings or literary state-of-art. So while representing or discussing the outcomes, facts & figures or information, which is result of intellect of someone else, the original source/resource should be acknowledged thereof and should be cited appropriately. As per our policy no any paper will be accepted, if it is reflecting grounds of plagiarism; as highlighted by the software used for plagiarism evaluation. However in case if the article is showing plagiarism up to 30% , the author concern will be intimated for the same for the needful changes/alterations, with subject to resubmission. In no any circumstances the organizing team and the journal publishing the conference paper will be held responsible for the legal or any other consequences of plagiarism report and the author will be solely responsible for the same.
  • Submitted papers will go through intense peer review and after successful review, papers will be selected for the conference. All the submitted papers will be sent to reviewers for a blind peer review. The author and co-authors will be notified upon selection.
  • All contributions must be of high quality, original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be submitted for publication elsewhere during the review period or time of the conference.
  • Paper should be according to the conference paper template and must be no longer than 6 pages. Authors are required to submit their paper in MS-WORD format.

  • The reviewers uses the following parameters in evaluating research papers:
  • Novel Contribution
  • Key strengths
  • Areas of improvements
  • Presentation/ Organization of Research

Supporting Publications

 

  • All selected high-quality papers in the conference will be considered for publication in SCI/Scopus journals as special issues, subject to the peer review process.
  • Articles will be published in International Journal of Research Publication and Reviews (IJRPR).
  • Articles will be published with DOI (Digital Object Identifer) number and/or with ISBN number as a Book Chapter.
 

Oral & Poster Presentation Instructions

 

  • Oral presentation PowerPoint slides are strictly limited to 8-10 in number, mentioning Introduction, Literature Review, Materials/Methods/Methodology, Results, Conclusions, and References, written in a precise and well-presented way.
  • Authors must email PowerPoint presentation slides at igbconference@gmail.com (Email Subject: PPT Slides for Reference ID: ICSWME_2024_XXX) or WhatsApp on +918283808138 in advance, well before the conference day.
  • Oral presentation timing is strictly limited to 10-12 minutes, including a question-answer session for each author.
