Guidelines for paper submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • The abstracts should be 200-300 words and formatting should be done as per the Abstract template link.
  • Abstracts should include 3-5 keywords that represent the core topics of the research.
  • Submitted abstracts must have Paper titles, author names, affiliations and email ids of all the authors.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Papers may have multiple authors; at least one author must register for and attend the conference 
  • The presenting author is requested to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
  • If the same research work was previously submitted to a different conference, but was not presented, it can be submitted to this conference as well. If it was previously presented, it cannot be submitted to ICSWME-2024.
  • All abstracts should be uploaded in doc/docx format.
  • The submitting author should input all author details and upload their abstract using the abstract submission form at https://forms.gle/Fg8KamFP5uuTizRP9

Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Full papers should adhere to the following formatting guidelines: they can be up to 6-12 pages long, single column formatting with 8-point font size with Times New Roman font.
  • The manuscript should be as per the IJRPR template (https://www.ijrpr.com/download/IJRPR-PAPER-TEMPLATEV1.docx).
  • All full papers should be submitted in doc/docx format
  • All full papers must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
  • All Full Papers must have Paper Title, Author names, affiliations and email ids of all the authors.
  • Ensure high-quality images (300 dpi) should be provided for all Figures.
  • Captions for each figure and table should be provided as per the template.
  • References should be inserted as per the template.
  • The submitting author should input all author details and upload their full papers using the full paper submission form at https://forms.gle/Lh9Y2NNxagHduP1c6
  • Post submission of full papers, authors must register for the conference by paying the applicable registration fee and mandatorily filling the Conference Registration form via the link: https://forms.gle/LUhfmQF3S7Nv2mj8A

gENERAL gUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION

    • Plagiarism Policy:  The term “plagiarism” can be simply defined as the unauthorized copying of written set of information, results/outcomes/findings or literary state-of-art. So while representing or discussing the outcomes, facts & figures or information, which is result of intellect of someone else, the original source/resource should be acknowledged thereof and should be cited appropriately. As per our policy no any paper will be accepted, if it is reflecting grounds of plagiarism; as highlighted by the software used for plagiarism evaluation. However in case if the article is showing plagiarism up to 15% , the author concern will be intimated for the same for the needful changes/alterations, with subject to resubmission. In no any circumstances the organizing team and the journal publishing the conference paper will be held responsible for the legal or any other consequences of plagiarism report and the author will be solely responsible for the same.
    • Submitted papers will go through intense peer review and after successful review, papers will be selected for the conference. All the submitted papers will be sent to reviewers for a blind peer review. The author and co-authors will be notified upon selection.
    • All contributions must be of high quality, original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be submitted for publication elsewhere during the review period or time of the conference.
    • The reviewers uses the following parameters in evaluating research papers.

  • All selected high-quality papers in the conference will be considered for publication in SCI/Scopus journals as special issues, subject to the peer review process.
  • Articles will be published in International Journal of Research Publication and Reviews (IJRPR).
  • Articles will be published with DOI (Digital Object Identifer) number and/or with ISBN number as a Book Chapter.
 

Oral Presentation Instructions

  • Oral presentation PowerPoint slides are strictly limited to 8-10 in number, mentioning Introduction, Literature Review, Materials/Methods/Methodology, Results, Conclusions, and References, written in a precise and well-presented way.
  • Authors must email PowerPoint presentation slides at igbconference@gmail.com (Email Subject: PPT Slides for Reference ID: ICSWME_2024_XXX) or WhatsApp on +917986594869 in advance, well before the conference day.
  • Oral presentation timing is strictly limited to 10-12 minutes, including a question-answer session for each author.
