Guidelines for paper submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Each abstract should be within 250–300 words.
  • Authors must follow the MS WORD Abstract Template (Click to Download Abstract_Template).
  • Papers can have multiple authors, but at least one author must register for and attend the conference.
  • Submit Abstract online at this Link (see link: https://forms.gle/Fg8KamFP5uuTizRP).

Double blind review

All submissions must be anonymised and may not contain any identifying information that may violate the double-blind reviewing policy.  This policy applies to any supplementary or linked material as well, including code. If you are including links to any external material, it is your responsibility to guarantee anonymous browsing. Please do not include acknowledgements at submission time. If you need to cite one of your own papers, you should do so with adequate anonymisation to preserve double-blind reviewing.

Plagiarism and AI-Content Policy

The Ethical Committee of GCSMSM2026 is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical publishing. To ensure integrity and originality, the committee actively works to prevent plagiarism and self-plagiarism. All submitted abstracts will be checked using Turnitin software to detect duplicated or overlapping content. Any abstract showing a plagiarism level exceeding 10% (as per Turnitin results) will be excluded from the peer-review process and may be rejected. Abstract must be AI-content free.

Oral Presentation Instructions

  • Oral presentation slides must be limited to 8–10 PowerPoint slides, covering the following key sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Materials/Methods/Methodology, Results, Conclusions, and References. The content should be precise, well-organized, and visually clear.
  • Authors are required to submit their PowerPoint slides in advance, either via email to gcsmsm2026@gmail.com (with the subject line: PPT Slides for Reference ID: GCSMSM2026_000) or via WhatsApp at +91 7589158486, well before the conference day.
  • Each oral presentation is strictly limited to 10–12 minutes, including the question-and-answer session.
