Guidelines for abstract submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

    • Each abstract should be within 150–300 words.
    • Authors must follow the MS WORD Abstract Template (Click to Download Abstract_Template).
    • Papers can have multiple authors, but at least one author must register for and attend the conference.

Plagiarism and AI-Content Policy

The Ethical Committee of GCSMSM2026 is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical publishing. To ensure integrity and originality, the committee actively works to prevent plagiarism and self-plagiarism. All submitted abstracts will be checked using Turnitin software to detect duplicated or overlapping content. Any abstract showing a plagiarism level exceeding 10% (as per Turnitin results) will be excluded from the peer-review process and may be rejected. Abstract must be AI-content free.

Guidelines for presentation

  • Slide Limit: Oral presentation slides should be limited to 8–10 PowerPoint slides.
  • Time Limit: Each presentation must not exceed 8 minutes, with an additional 2 minutes allocated for a question-and-answer session.
  • Awards: Best Oral and Poster Presentation Awards will be announced during the valedictory ceremony.
  • Further Instructions: Additional guidelines regarding the PPT presentation will be provided only to registered candidates after confirmation of the registration fee payment.
